This place is a joke. Management is never there or does not want to deal with any grievances. The property looks very trashy and there is a sewer smell that permeates the property.

Been living here for a couple of years and I’m sad to say current management has made it a horrible experience. Do not expect maintenance to take care of anything for atleast a month. Do not expect clear communication with management, they are very dismissive. Appliances are old. Halls are dirty and not well maintained. Also it’s really bad in the winter because they never clear out the snow. Save yourself the trouble, live somewhere else.

We are extremely happy to live in the Avana community. The Staff is excellent. Safe and quiet with close retailers and entertainment. We recommend Avana to anyone looking for a new home.
