This place is a joke. Management is never there or does not want to deal with any grievances. The property looks very trashy and there is a sewer smell that permeates the property.

Our community was built in 2009, and while the property is still relatively new, we are working diligently to address any deficiencies as they arise to ensure a positive living experience... for all residents. We do want to clarify that our office is open seven days a week, and our team is always available to assist with resident concerns. Regarding your mention of odor, this is actually due to the nearby Platte River and is not related to the apartment community itself. We also take pride in keeping the property well maintained and will continue working hard to provide a clean, welcoming environment for all residents. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of our community.

Not worth it
Been living here for a couple of years and I’m sad to say current management has made it a horrible experience. Do not expect maintenance to take care of anything for atleast a month. Do not expect clear communication with management, they are very dismissive. Appliances are old. Halls are dirty and not well maintained. Also it’s really bad in the winter because they never clear out the snow. Save yourself the trouble, live somewhere else.
