I am very satisfied with living here and dont understand why there are some bad reviews. Everyone is friendly responds well, and they disclose all their charges no hidden fees.my apartment was clean and fresh painted, coming from florida i didnt get to tour the place but tatum and the team at waterford made sure i felt comfortable and made the process easy. I would renew my lease
