Great apartment complex, open concept layout modern kitchen, master suite with walking closet!! Convenience of in-unit laundry and amazing building amenities including fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. Great location steps from downtown shops and restaurants.

Waterford in Main Review
A great apartment overall! The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and shops. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The building is well-maintained, and management is responsive.

Love the amenities
Overall, Waterford Mainstreet is such a great property. The amenities are great and the leasing and maintenance team are fantastic. I couldn't ask for a better place to love. Plus, living in parker in general is amazing with everything they are doing.
