I've been here almost a month and everything has been as advertised. My apartment is small but sufficient for me and my dog. Landscaping is continuing to be completed/improved and at this time I have absolutely no regrets choosing The Alder as my place of residence.

I recently moved into my apartment here and I’m honestly so happy with my choice. The amenities are amazing, everything is super clean, and it’s been really quiet—which is a huge plus. The best part has been the office staff. They are so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure residents are taken care of. They made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. The Alder is a great community. The staff is great at communicating and working with you to accommodate. Locale is close to Parker and Centennial, but far enough from traffic.
