As you enter the home, you will see a small workstation that can be closed off from the rest of the house for meetings. The internet is very reliable in this area, and in the workspace, you can hardwire in. There is another monitor if you would like to have a dual monitor. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled. A quaint and fully functional kitchen, including a dishwasher, is ready to be used. A dining table and chairs are next to the kitchen. You will find a reclining sofa and a Smart TV mounted on the wall in the family room. 
Upstairs, you will find a walk-in closet, a half bathroom that has been recently remodeled, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. An AC window unit is stored in the closet during winter and available for the few hot days we have here during the summer. The views from the top level are even better! 
The condo building has onsite laundry that is coin operated. The HOA takes care of snow removal and lawn care.
