On the main floor, there is a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled. A quaint and fully functional kitchen, including a dishwasher, is ready to be used. A dining table and chairs are next to the kitchen. You will find a reclining sofa and a Smart TV mounted on the wall in the family room.
