I stayed with a friend in their apartment for some time before moving into my own unit and never experienced any issues. However, on the very first day in my new apartment, I discovered multiple cockroaches, and the problem has persisted ever since. Pest control has been out several times, but there has been no meaningful improvement. It has been extremely frustrating to repeatedly rearrange my apartment for treatments that have not resolved—or even reduced—the issue.

The leasing staff has also... been disappointing. While they were friendly and welcoming during the tour, their attitude changed noticeably after I signed the lease. Communication has been difficult, and interactions often feel dismissive. Julio was the only staff member who was somewhat helpful; the rest have been challenging to deal with. Additionally, staff have at times spoken to tenants in an unprofessional manner and have been heard speaking negatively about residents, which further contributes to an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.

In addition to the pest problem, the apartment has outdated appliances, inconsistent hot water, noisy neighbors, and poorly maintained grounds. Altogether, these issues make the living experience quite unpleasant.

those pictures lie!!!! the apartments are run down. there outside stairs are unsafe and most of the railings are not even attached! the office staff is very rude!! and the pools don't even work!! and they look nothing like the pictures. this place is disgusting and not even worth the cheap prices

If I could give no stars I would, applied for an apartment in March was automatically denied (which was an error on their part), paid the $200 application fee and have yet to receive a refund. I was told could be up to 60 days to receive and here we are 60 days later no refund. They do not answer their phones or it just hangs up on you, the staff does not return emails (Aumbree). Tried calling their corporate office but no luck there either. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

When I was looking for apartments around the Denver area, I found that it was either really fancy and high priced or super run down and sketchy. I found Aspen Park to be the nice middle ground. It's a little on the older side (although the shingles on the roof seems to be fairly new) but it's not too bad, it's very doable. I also find the rent to be reasonable, only downside is parking isn't free for visitors as it is managed by a parking lot company. I saw a lot of negative reviews about... safety and quality and service, but I think the majority of that must have been disgruntled people surprised about stipulations that they didn't bother reading on their leasing contract. Oh what a racket you have going on there! Sat and watched the other night as 4 cars got towed away! That is $1,000 for the tow company, how much do you guys get? Then to register your car/plates so this doesn't happen, you have to pay $17! OMG, all of this should be illegal. I know it is in the lease agreement, but the only fair thing to do would be to tell the person/people when they sign the lease about registering your vehicle and have them initial the lease by that paragraph.
