Being a resident here for 13 months. I can give wholeheartedly a five star rating for the apartment complex the amenities and especially for the staff! The staff in the front office, including the facilities personnel will go out of their way to help resolve any issue or question you may have. I primarily worked with Suzie. But I also worked with London and Geri. They greet you with a smile of friendly atmosphere and treat you like family. They make you feel welcome. And in my opinion, Susie... would go out of her way to answer. Any question I may have or get the answer in a timely manner. This is hands-down one of the nicest communities i have had the chance to tour. The office staff were kind, welcoming, and answered every one of my (many) questions with smiles on their faces. London did an amazing job walking me through all of the properties amenities and let me take my time touring the unit without feeling rushed. She definitely knows her stuff! The maintenance team was also busy at work, but it clearly pays off as the property was spotless. As someone who is moving in part... due to my current communities lack of cleanliness, this was one of the most important factors when considering where i am going to move. Not only am i happy with how clean it is; I am genuinely impressed. They even hold monthly events for the residents, and i was lucky enough to attend the pool party they held for resident appreciation week. Even though i am a brand new member to their community, they treated me as if i were family. They happily welcomed me, chatted with me, and ensured i had plenty of food and sweet treats to eat. The maintenence team at Peakview By Horshoe Lake is excellent. NIKO is amazing! I always schedule an appointment with him, and he always arrives on time. He knows the issues aheado of time and brings the appropriate tools. He is so smart at fixing problems and is usually done in less than 15 minutes!

I’ve had a great experience so far at Peakview Apartments. Geri and London were both fantastic to work with—very responsive, efficient, and thorough in explaining everything throughout the process.

They took the time to show me multiple options and really helped me find the layout that best fit my needs, which I appreciated. The complex itself is clean, well-kept, and feels like a comfortable place to call home.

Overall, the move-in experience was smooth and positive thanks to their support!
