Worst Customer Service Experience
First off the woman giving the tours has the worst customer service personality I have ever seen, it was a terrible experience sitting down and then touring as well. She was not kind, she was rude, answered each question with attitude and lied about smoking in the apartments. Because it’s fine if you smoke or not but if we say hey did the last tenant smoke and she says no but the apartment did not smell good don’t lie. The apartments were not well maintained the rules were not forced on all... tenants only the new ones and once the old tenants renewed their lease “new rules” would be enforced then which didn’t make sense. Overall I wish I could give this place a zero there are better apartments out there and the other T-bone apartments had such a different feel and environment to them not to mention the office people were actually kind to “future residents”.
