My move in situation was very time sensitive and I appreciate the efficiency the office had regarding my application/move in process. The move in deal and state of the apartment was also very convenient given my circumstances, the previous tenant and maintenance took very good care of the unit I chose so there was very little that needed to be done.

I have been living here for a few years now and Beau had always done such great work. With my recent service request David and Beau did an amazing job fixing my issues quickly even when I was available. They still communicated clearly with me and got the job done quickly and proficiently. Definitely thankful having such great guys being apart of the maintenance team here at Terra Vista! Couldn’t be happier and I am always completely satisfied with the work their team does for the residents here.... A

An overall clean, quiet, family and animal friendly place to live. Spacious layouts, and feels almost like new inside. Comfortable common areas, and amenities like a pool and weight room. The resident portal makes payments and any work orders a breeze.
