I would not recommend living at HiLine at Littleton Commons. I have been here for 4 months and it has not been a great experience. The neighbors steal packages from one and other from inside the resident package room. Property management is aware of the issue and still have not installed cameras or taken action to address in months. I have been informed they plan to look into cameras in 2026, but with no specific planned date and I am not confident the issue will be addressed. Residents do not... pick up after their pets and there is dog waste all over the grounds. I even had to pick up after a neighbors dog inside at the base of my stairwell this month. While the units are nice, the dog waste and stolen packages make everyday life unpleasant.

Parking
This apartment complex can be good, the employees seem nice and the apartments are spacious however the parking situation is awful and makes living there miserable. The complex does not have enough parking especially for the back buildings. If you get home any time after 5 chances of you being able to park close to your apartment are slim to none. It is so frustrating having to park by the leasing office and walk through the entire complex to get to the back buildings. You have to pay an $8 fee... just to park there but again, not enough parking to be able to park close to your unit. The only other option is to rent a garage ($150-$175 per month, for an apartment complex to charge so much for a garage when there literally is not enough parking spaces is outrageous. Management has no solution to parking, they say they “understand” but there is no fix. I don’t understand how an apartment complex can have so many units with such little parking.

I like how easy it is living here. The office staff make it a priority to help you. The mail system is great and the amenities are beautiful. I love the layout of my apartment, my garage, the waste/recycle is close, and the cell phone reception is excellent.
