Current resident. Ever since the new owners took over, this place has gone down hill. It used to be so quiet and peaceful. Good neighbors, reliable maintenance of the facilities. NOT ANYMORE. Now we have the absolute trashiest neighbors who don't understand that apartment buildings are thin. Let their kids run around being punks, smoke so much weed that MY apartment smells of it. And what does management do? Nothing, just "courtesy calls". This place is turning into a trailer park, I swear. Do... not move here, the price isn't worth it.

New Construction Buildings
Many different units available, from 1,2, or 3 bedrooms. Different views as well, depending on the unit, north, south, east and west with some corner units having views in two directions. Each direction you can see in has its own merits, depending on what you are looking for. Three levels for entry, four doors on each as your neighbors. Brand new appliances and interior design, with balconies for each unit. Practically sound proof, unless i just have quiet neighbors. Security patrol... overnights. Uncovered assigned parking, or direct access garages available, or detached garages many of which have room for storage in addition to the vehicle parked within for a monthly fee. Year-round pool (though not heated) and hot tub available. Small but well supplied weight room. "Crash pad" room available for unexpected guests for a very small fee. Gathering room has computers, pool table and big screen tv available if your unit is too small to host your guests. Staff available 7 days a week, responsive to needs or concerns, occasional complex-wide events organized by management. Grocery store within walking distance. Very mixed population, singles couples, families, younger as well as older folks. Pet friendly, nearby neighborhoods for walking (lots of dogs here, no barkers that i have heard). Several parks nearby. Easy access from 3 major roadways into and out of Denver. Along bus routes, and close light rail access into Denver and west to Golden with stops at Red Rocks Community College or Metropolitan State University/CU Denver campus'. Close to School of Mines. Convienient access to many biking trails, and easy, short route to I-70 west into the foothills and the major ski resorts. Two major shopping centers within 3 miles. For me the advantage of this place is that it is not IN Denver, but has easy access TO both the city AND the mountains. I love it here.
