Management is bad

I have been trying to get a response from this management company about moving out. My lease ends on the 14th and still no response. I have lost hundreds of $ worth of packages at this location. No accountability. Horrible communication. Do not live here

I’m glad to be living in this place, the amenities is great and the working team here is amazing. The location is also beautiful with most of the shops being 2 mins away at max.

Overall the apartments are clean and comfortable. Management seems to change frequently. The building is not that old (less than ten years?) but signs of wear are obvious, particularly in the common pool area. Pool is not heated due to an ongoing (two year) that has still not been addressed.

very quiet and nice place to live. the pool was a big driving force for choosing this complex, however the pool is not heated and a lot of the furniture in the surrounding pool area is falling apart and does not seem to get replaced.
