Electrical in building is faulty. Power surges and outages about once a month. Board trips constantly. A/C hasn't worked for a month. Manager Jeremy excuses all of it with and refuses to make any adjustments/accommodations other than a window unit A/C, which is actually less energy efficient than the central that is supposed to be included in the apartment. We won't renew our lease and will make it a point to let anyone viewing the building know of the major issues with this building. If you WFH... or enjoy central A/C in the hot Denver summers, definitely go look elsewhere. This isn't it.

Hi Gavin~ Thank you for your perspective. It is true that we were included in some of Xcel Energy's recent power outages and I understand that you recently had issue with your a/c. While we cannot prevent mechanical issues, we have and will continue... to address them in a timely fashion (I understand your a/c was replaced last week) and provide temporary solutions such as portable a/c's when a repair cannot be made same-day. Great location!
I love this bulling and the staff but o especially love how close to Sloan's lake this is and all of the shopping and eating you can do nearby.
