I have enjoyed my experience at Alta Sloan. This is like my Oasis Retreat. The staff are warm and friendly, goes above and beyond. Very welcoming every time you enter the building. Everything is soo clean throughout the day, including the pool, rooftop, common area near the front, hallways, etc.

Alta Sloan's Lake is an excellent place to live. It's pet friendly and the staff clearly love dogs as they spoil them with treats on a daily basis. The apartment is clean, up-to-date. Maintenance is professional, helpful and quick to respond to issues. The location to get to everything is perfect, including Sloan's Lake which is a short block away. Management does an excellent job and is always professional and there to answer questions and solve issues. I've been in apartment living for over 20... years and this one exceeds any of the past apartment complexes I have lived in.

Poorly Constructed and Managed
Electrical in building is faulty. Power surges and outages about once a month. Board trips constantly. A/C hasn't worked for a month. Manager Jeremy excuses all of it with and refuses to make any adjustments/accommodations other than a window unit A/C, which is actually less energy efficient than the central that is supposed to be included in the apartment. We won't renew our lease and will make it a point to let anyone viewing the building know of the major issues with this building. If you WFH... or enjoy central A/C in the hot Denver summers, definitely go look elsewhere. This isn't it.

Hi Gavin~ Thank you for your perspective. It is true that we were included in some of Xcel Energy's recent power outages and I understand that you recently had issue with your a/c. While we cannot prevent mechanical issues, we have and will continue... to address them in a timely fashion (I understand your a/c was replaced last week) and provide temporary solutions such as portable a/c's when a repair cannot be made same-day.
