The grounds are mostly taken care of, and luckily this is a fairly safe property. The pre-move in cleaning service is abysmal and we had to unclog our bathtub drain immediately upon move in. They try to claim a very welcoming communal environment, and to their credit at first thats true; beyond a few months of living there I noticed a gradual change in their responses to any problems I had. They started responding in a nearly condescending, mechanical manner and I never felt as though my... problems were fully addressed. Maintenance never let me know when they were going to arrive and I have had to put in several requests for the same issue as it weren't solved the first time. Its a sufficient place to reside, but they could do better with how they handle residential issues.

Wish there were more access to laundry services that work, but that’s my only complaint. Laundry rooms are minimal and small for the amount of ppl that live here. I’d rather pay extra for in unit laundry tbh

I have lived at the social west for almost three years and I have had a good experience. Despite a few minor issues here and there, we have been very happy living here. We are renewing our lease again.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex! The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The staff and maintenance team have always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are great, and overall it’s a comfortable, welcoming place to live.
The only downside I’ve experienced is that parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can take a few extra... minutes to find a spot on busy evenings.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice place to live!

Maintenance is awesome. The staff are friendly. I love the dog park and how close the complex is to so many different restaurants. The place is a little outdated and could use a good freshen up. But, it is what it is.
