Incredible place to live! The staff is incredible, shout-out to Ariana she's just an amazing employee. In addition to that, it's basically on campus campus. The only thing I personally don't like it is how expensive the parking pass is. It's 95 bucks a month while CSU is 50. It doesn't make sense

it is a very cozy and safe spot! the location is perfect, and its a quick walk to campus. the rooms are very spacious, but also super comfy!

Living is the best choice for everyone because of total paperless process and quick response to problems. But the flexibility is poor and the fee of early move-out is much too high.
