We’ve lived here for a year now and just resigned our lease, and we’ve loved it here! Super well upkeep and amazing maintenance staff. Any problems we’ve had they’ve been able to resolve quickly. Definitely recommend.

We have not had the greatest experience here and actively tell others not to rent because of the experiences we have had. Things have gotten a little better, but there’s so many weird things and policies. The only GOOD/GREAT thing about this place is the maintenance team! They are so personable and kind.

The parking is absolutely not ideal if multiple people (with cars) are going to live in one apartment. Only having one spot available per unit is not okay.

I understand the concern, but the parking arrangement was clearly disclosed beforehand. The property provides one designated parking spot per unit, which is fairly standard for many apartment complexes. Additional vehicles would need to use available... street parking or alternative arrangements. While it may not be ideal for households with multiple cars, it doesn’t make the setup unreasonable or unacceptable.

Absolutely awful, safety issues, communication, repairs, all sub par and super delayed wait times or no response from staff. Cheap materials in units, everything is done a la cheapest mode.
