Great layouts and clean amenities, maintenance team responds very quick to any issues. Lacks landscaping upkeep, no upholding patio rules so some tenants have junk/trash outside which is a bummer. Lately, community events have stepped up which is nice to meet neighbors. Parking will always be a struggle here as the lot layout is too small for number of units, there is no guests parking, and street parking is very minimal.

I lived at this apartment complex and overall had a decent experience, but a couple of issues kept it from being higher than a 3-star rating. The biggest ongoing challenge was parking. Depending on the time of day, finding a spot could be frustrating, and there didn’t always seem to be enough parking available for residents and guests.

Another issue was that my unit was brand new and had never been lived in, which came with unexpected problems. While it was nice being the first occupant, there...
were several minor issues that needed attention, likely from construction or installation rather than wear and tear. Maintenance did address these concerns, but it required more follow-ups than I would have expected for a brand-new unit.

great amenities, location, value, but clearly run by an off site corporation that has the poor on site management team take the heat when poorly planned events and occurrences come to pass. say hi to the homeless that live at the adjacent bus station!
