There have been some great things about this community, but also some not so great things especially at the very beginning. There was lots of miscommunication and it felt like we didn't matter as residents. I think it is a little bit better now, especially with new management and employees.

They do a good job, always clean and the office does a good job as well. Parking isn’t the best but overall good experience. The Christmas charcuterie event was fun and looking forward to the other events.

Great layouts and clean amenities, maintenance team responds very quick to any issues. Lacks landscaping upkeep, no upholding patio rules so some tenants have junk/trash outside which is a bummer. Lately, community events have stepped up which is nice to meet neighbors. Parking will always be a struggle here as the lot layout is too small for number of units, there is no guests parking, and street parking is very minimal.
