Do not live here! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE! They have hidden fees added to almost everything, so the price they tell you when signing up is incorrect. You can't even have a grill on your porch, seriously who wouldn't allow you and your family to have a grill on your porch. The pet deposit is claimed to be $200, but it's really $600. Maintenance takes months to get back to you, they don't do any insect repellent maintenance. So there are all sorts of insects running around. They also expect the... residents to remove the filters from your heating/air conditioning unit and get a new one from the office and install it yourself! Really!? They don't show on Saturdays even though the schedule says they do. You go in to see an apartment and they direct you to look at the website...I was there in person to see a demo unit, not to be sent back online to see the units.

I moved in here about a year ago and the management has changed 3 times. The parking is horrible because they let people have 5 cars each unit. The trash is outrageously expensive. The rent raises without you getting notified and you can go days without hot water and they dont do anything to compensate for it. The staff is very rude and has no understanding for any of the above. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

You read it right. My wife and I moved in and there was a bullet hole through our window from the last tenant that they didn’t fix before we got there. All they had to say was, “ yeah… sorry about that…”. We thought, wow this can’t get worse. We were wrong. Our laundry was stolen from the non secured laundry rooms and all they have for insurance is a sign that says they aren’t responsible, and that was only for the little time the laundry room worked before everything was closed and unusable for... the majority of our lease. With several other maintenance issues throughout our stay, the worst part was the new ownership. The property manager and assistant both verbally ridiculed my wife when she asked about a late fee that they said they’d take off due to our circumstances at the time and then preceded to lie about it and said my wife was a child and threw a tantrum only to admit that they had just “forgot” that they had sent us emails confirming that my wife and I were right to begin with.
