My partner and I have lived here on and off for over a decade. We like that we're close to plenty of shopping, with grocery stores within walking distance and others a short drive away. A Trader Joe's has opened nearby, which is even better. Office and maintenance staff are also friendly. That being said, I'm not a fan of having to keep track of different portals for pay rent and putting in maintenance requests when it used to be all in one. Heating and cooling don't work great throughout our... apartment either with some rooms getting barely any heating/cooling at all despite having our hvac system replaced. The walls are also thin and it's easy to hear whatever neighbors are up to and this can be especially annoying if your neighbors are loud.

I can say this... I've been living here for more than 10 years now and I don't want to move because of the location. But there are so many extra fees being added on top of all the other charges that should be included as part of the rent you would think since that increases everytime a new lease is signed. I would really appreciate a detailed explanation for all these extra fees being added on that are seperate from the rent.

Legacy had to print close to all the grocery stores and fast food foods bustling these apartments have washer and dryers great location quiet and staff here are very nice and the maintenance that are always on top on everything .
