Windsor at Meridian is a scenic, quiet community where I feel good coming home to. I love my apartment, I lve my views, I love the year round hot tub access the most. I have interesting neighbors in a good way, always a spot to park and the maintenance men are best, so kind and go above and bring to keep this community as nice as it is!

We call this place our home because we enjoying the friendly community experience and complex design as it has it's own unique features compared other apartments.

Windsor Meridian has been my favorite apartment complex I have rented through. I have lived in two different units and have stayed in a total of three. The floor plans are great, and it’s in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The maintenance team is also superb, usually getting back to you and fixing the issue within a day. The meridian staff and leasing consultants are also super nice and cordial. Meridian also has the nicest amenities I’ve seen in an apartment complex. The main clubhouse is... very up-to-date along with the gym, and the two pools are maintained very well. While the rent is on the higher side, the trade-off to be in a nice area and have a higher quality apartment is worth it my opinion, especially if you’re splitting rent with someone. However, there are some issues I’ve experienced, like most apartments have. Parking can be an issue if you work a regular 9 to 5. Usually by 5 PM there are no close parking spots so you’ll have to park on the street, which could also be full on parking. I get home at 3PM and have never had issues with parking. The quality of your apartment upon move in can also very drastically, my first apartment I moved into at Meridian I had almost no issues with. However my current apartment seems to have less of quality job done, with a lot of paint issues and things missing like the silverware holder for the dish washer. This quality of job was also reflected in my mailbox and storage unit locks not being changed at the start of my lease (as well as there being items in the storage unit from the previous owners which were not thrown away). These are the worst issues I’ve had living here, which overall I think is pretty good and were most of the time one off situations. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. I had some unique circumstances and she was so understanding and continued to work with us and the property to make dreams happen.

I love living here — the wood floors are beautiful, the in-unit washer and dryer make life so convenient, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere is a joy to come home to. The garage is a huge plus, and I’m excited about potential upgrades like a cozier, better-organized mail room and maybe even a shared outdoor space with a fireplace for neighbors to enjoy together.
