I have lived here for 4 years & I absolutely love it! The amenities are my favorite part, the rooftop & work from home space makes me feel like I live at a luxury resort when guests come over. Everything from the maintenance to the staff, 5 stars. Huge plus being 10 mins from downtown & Great Lawn Park is my dogs backyard… beat that!

This is nice on the outside, but the management company charges you for every little thing, plus the management is condescending, unprofessional and bad mouths other residents.

Buyer beware. Moved out after dealing with a leaky roof, drug use, constant malfunctioning alarms, and amenities that were not well cared for. Multiple communications with no resolve, so I left after giving plenty of notice of them violating their part of the lease. Received a zero balance via mail in August, however received a collections bill for 21k this past Friday. Seems like most of the bad apples in the company left from when I was there. I am a current resident and was verbally lied to at the time of signing the new lease. Without asking how to break an early lease we were provided information that they actually offered something totally different to other complex’s instead of having to pay a large lump sum to break a lease they offered tenants the opportunity to have someone else take over the lease. Now jump to today we’re extremely unhappy living here and want to move and are being told that is not an option there isn’t a way... to break the lease period we are stuck here for the entire year. The apartments are beautiful but the management company is horrible. They took over midway through my lease and increased fees. The people in charge are condescending and will nickel and dime you on move out. Do not move in here!
