My husband and I moved to The Palmer in December 2024. We previously lived in 4 other different apartment complexes on the west coast. Since we signed our lease, I have been absolutely blown away by The Palmer!! Management is very friendly and hosts events (yoga, bingo, crafts, etc.) for the community, and provided a gift wrapping station in December!! The area is safe and located walking distance to a park.
I absolutely love my apartment unit! It has a full size washer/dryer as well as central...
A/C. Everything is well maintained from landscaping, amenities, and the shared community spaces. I couldn't recommend this community more!

The staff at The Palmer is always ready and willing to help. Sarah is always happy to assist anyone in need. They always reply to my emails and call promptly. They are doing a great job. Definitely rent here if you want a reliable leasing team. The maintenance men are also amazing. They are always happy to help.

The staff is what makes this home to us! They are always kind and so helpful! They overly accommodate us. It’s refreshing to live in a place where they understand this is our home, and make living here so enjoyable!! They’re like extended family!
