Good location
I moved to The Marks a few months ago and it’s been a positive experience so far. The grounds are usually kept clean and tidy, and the office staff have been responsive and accommodating. I had a maintenance issue at one point and Zach in the office was super helpful in helping me get it solved. My neighbors have been quiet and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult finding parking late at night, but I’ve always been able to eventually find a spot. Overall, it’s been a good experience living... here.
