The Marks is a gorgeous community perfect for dog owners as they have many dog bag stations and green space. I love that each building feels like a separate home and the staff is very kind and helpful.

I moved out & turned in my keys on 8/28/25. My apartment was left spotless. My lease ended on 9/5/25 & I was still charged $394 for the remaining rent on my lease, while management had the opportunity to rent my apartment. Contractually, yes I did have the remaining 8 days on my lease. Ethically, the right thing to do would to change the move out date & let me out of the remaining 5 days (9/1 - 9/5) of the lease. I feel like The Marks/Greystar stole $394 from me.

The management team is very welcoming and kind from the moment you step into their office. The community is in easy distance of a park (which is a bonus for dog owners) and within driving distance of many shops/restaurants. Neighbors are friendly and relatively quiet in comparison to other apartments I've lived in.
