Lived at Compass for just over 2 years and never had any major issues. Maintenance and emergency maintenance staff were great and very responsive, even in the snowy winters. The leasing staff were always helpful no matter who you talked to. Only issue I had was in the last couple months living there and it was Amazon delivery putting my packages not in the package room or at someone else's apartment. This is not Compass Meridians fault, but the front office staff was always very helpful in... locating the package based off delivery photograph.

So well maintained!
I have lived at Compass for almost a year now - and we plan to renew. The property is so well maintained. They have grills all around with fire pits that are always clean and full of propane - huge plus to our family.
The grounds and landscaping are always well maintained - I never see trash or even dog waste around.
The staff is also friendly to my family and when we have needed things - the maintenance guys Tanner and Shane have been so quick and even fixed items same day!
We’re really... proud and happy to live here - it’s been a beautiful space for our family’s home.
