The Quincy is such a gem in the heart of downtown Denver. All of the staff and maintenance team are all great and on top of everything you need. Very modern, luxurious feel to the building with a great community.

I have enjoyed living at The Quincy more than I can even express in a review. The experience here is exceptional, and that is specifically due to the staff. I can’t explain how much this team truly cares about the residents and their families.
I have to give a huge shout-out to Daxter from the maintenance team. We had an issue with my freezer's ice machine that we thought was minor, but it ended up requiring six hours of work on the lines. Instead of just putting a "Band-Aid" on the problem to... get it over with, Daxter took the time to ensure everything was fixed correctly. He kept coming back to check on the progress and even returned the following day to make sure all the water filters were replaced.
That is the definition of going the extra mile. If you’ve ever moved into a nice building only to be let down by the service, know that is definitely not the case here. I highly recommend living at The Quincy.

Elijah did a great job quickly and successfully fixing a problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning in my unit. Within an hour of submitting the service request he arrived and corrected the issue. Additionally he was friendly and ensured he communicated the status after the issue was resolved. Thanks Elijah and the Quincy maintenance team. Keep up the good work!

My daughter moved to The Quincy 2 years ago. Every time I visit, the apartment building is very clean and the staff very friendly. The maintenance team keeps everything running smoothly. I always feel good when I leave knowing she is in a good spot!

My niece and her family moved into the Quincy a few years ago and I am so impressed with how beautiful the apartments are! I can tell that they are beautifully maintained. I spoke with Armando (maintenance) and he shows great pride in his work there. I absolutely love the common area where you can watch tv, have a party etc. The views are also outstanding! The front desk people have always seemed so friendly and accommodating when I come to visit! If I needed to find an apartment, I would... definitely give this place a try!
