My daughter moved to The Quincy 2 years ago. Every time I visit, the apartment building is very clean and the staff very friendly. The maintenance team keeps everything running smoothly. I always feel good when I leave knowing she is in a good spot!

Beautiful property

My niece and her family moved into the Quincy a few years ago and I am so impressed with how beautiful the apartments are! I can tell that they are beautifully maintained. I spoke with Armando (maintenance) and he shows great pride in his work there. I absolutely love the common area where you can watch tv, have a party etc. The views are also outstanding! The front desk people have always seemed so friendly and accommodating when I come to visit! If I needed to find an apartment, I would... definitely give this place a try!

Amazing pool

This place has the best staff! Any place can have a living area, but if the staff is awful it will make the experience awful. This place has it all from good security, to proper maintenance on building and units. By far the best pool in downtown Denver apartments.

Greed over resident satisfaction

I have lived at the Quincy for 2 years, and am considering breaking my lease. What is a beautiful building in a an amazing location is now broken and battered with a staff that seeming doesn't care. There's a lot of rent money being taken and very little updates to major issues. We have been down one elevator for months, and now our freight elevator is also down forcing move-in to take out yet another elevator (leaving 24 floors with 2 elevators because we can't use the stairs. During busy times... of the day you can wait almost 15 minutes for one. The "secure" garage door gate is broken, meaning we're paying extra for nothing. The hot tubs are broken more often than working.

But the worst part is management hardly ever informs of issues with very little communication as to when things will actually be fixed. When I emailed to voice my concerns, the response was that they don't charge extra for amenities without addressing when these repairs will actually take place.

I am not renewing and am looking into breaking my lease.

Very nice apartment, but horrible management.

We moved into the Quincey hoping to have a safe and secure apartment monitored by a doorman 24/7, but our experience has been the complete opposite. While the staff are friendly, they are ineffective at their job. A young boy was allowed back into the apartments after steeling from three different residents a few weeks prior. Also, a residents truck was stolen, recovered, and stolen a second time! The staff is also extremely unreliable. We gave a package to the concierge to be shipped the next... day and it sat there for two weeks before it was shipped. I followed up every day to see if it went out and each time they said "no but I'll make sure it goes out tomorrow." The Quincey also lacks in communication. They shut down half of the pool for the neighboring construction and gave no warning to the residences. For the reasons stated above I would highly reconsider moving into this apartment.
