Alvista Trailside is a great place to live. We have lived here for almost 5 years, and anytime we needed something done, it has always been done in a timely manner. The staff are very nice to work with also.

In my opinion, maintenance is terrible, the apartment has several things wrong and they need to be improved but maintenance does not coordinate each area, for example I have 3 months without being able to open a door from the bedroom that connects to the balcony because the staff that repairs windows and doors that has gone are useless and inept, they even left a hole in a totally different door causing a bad appearance, I renewed the contract 4 months ago and they did not change or wash the... carpet even though I asked for it more than 4 times, each thing that needs to be repaired, I have put in the repair request more than twice or they do not do it. This is a total disappointment and if I am not going somewhere else it is because if I break the contract they charge me a penalty. This complex is disappointing

Nice place to live. Pet friendly but very quiet.
Parking can be a bit of an issue.
