The community is overpriced for what you receive in return for your money. The management is non existent, they are never in the office. I believe that is the major reason for the lack of care about their community. Apartment repairs are not completed correctly. Maintenance currently is not skilled enough to complete general repairs. The residents are out of control. They play their stereo loudly through out the parking lot, knock on your doors because they are drunk and can't remember... where they live. Kids running around everywhere. Grounds are not kept clean. Balconies are used for storage, furniture outside. This community is overpriced to live in such trashy, and unsafe conditions. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO LIVE!

Summerfield Condominiums
This is a great complex because you're literally across the street from a couple grocery stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater. Although there limited amenities, the community recreation is great and there are quality schools in the area as well.
