I absolutely love this place. I have lived here for more than 2 years and have no complaints. The property manager Wendy is always on top of any issues and takes care of anything promptly. The location is perfect because your near downtown, Edgewater and Sloans Lake. I feel like I'm part of a community. Highly recommended

Having lived here for several years really like it is a smaller complex I don't have to spend 10 mins just to get to my apartment. Quite a few longer staying residents, Wendy Carrera property manager responds quickly to issues but haven't really had many, Nat and Cal are always ready to help with any maintenance. Located Close to stores and restaurants 1 block from sloans lake park. Rooftop patio is awesome ,just better vibes than any of the mega complexes.

I dont recommend living here. apart from safety issues and concerns since the building is located in a sketchy area, we felt the management didnt care to even respond to emails about those issues. several times police have been called to this building about trespassers. snow removal is non existent so amenities become unusable.

Horrible place! Management doesn’t take care of building/ apartment issues. Price is way more than it should be for the bad area it’s in. Don’t count on getting your deposit back either. They rarely answer the phone and never call you back. Bad decision.

I called literally 12 times, left 4 messages at two different numbers, and even emailed over the course of a week to try to schedule a tour. No one ever got back to me. I’d love to speak to the quality of the apartments, but I never even got in to see them. Management seems less than attentive.
