When I came to tour Waterford Cherry Creek, I was really just information gathering and had a very flexible move time. I was immediately impressed with the staff, all the information that was shared with me about the community, and the patience she had while touring. I never felt like she had somewhere else she needed to be or felt pressured one way or the other (Thanks Amanda!) I loved the floor plan and decided to move faster than I thought I was going to. The management team was great in... following up once I submitted my application and helping me get through the whole process. I had one or two minor maintenance request upon move-in that they took care of very promptly. I love my new apartment and feel completely at home already!
