When I first moved here in 2017, I thought it was a great place to live but as time went on I realized that I was wrong, having to deal with all of the maintenance issues and the length of time it took to resolve the issues I realized that I should have looked into it more.

Mostly quiet and peaceful here, grounds are kept well, so it is nice to go out on the patio.

The silver lining is a roof over my family’s head and a place to sleep. It’s definitely not worth the amount they charge for rent, not exactly a safe area to live. Maintenance doesn’t show up, when they do weeks to months later, they just slap a bandage on the problem. Parking is frustrating. Washer/dryer machines desperately need upgrades in the laundry mat and half of them are always “out of service.” Neighbors can be disrespectful. Bottom floors have had rat problems. There are nicer places... for this kind of money.
