The management is unresponsive to my inquiries I've been unable to get into the gym And been disrespected by other residents The hallways smell like urine.I am very displeased People throw parties at all hours of the night I've gotten trapped in the elevator

Leasing is very nice and helpful! They are often at the front desk throughout the day. Virtual fob is easy/convenient. The fitness center is really nice as well. Only slight issue was that floors and parts of apartment were dirty/stained when I moved in and one drawer had maintenance items in it but I was able to report the blemishes on a form.

i literally love it here ? i think this is the best place i have ever lived with close access to fun places, like the pearl, and pair-a-dice :)

We have moved in a week ago and everyone has been really helpful. The amenities are really nice. Not a huge fan of the package delivery being Fetch since it kinda defeats the purpose of amazon prime and other fast carriers. There are a lot of apps that can be confusing as well.

This is a close-tied community and I love not only my neighbors, but the staff within the building as well! You'll always be entertained with monthly calendars and events. Can't forget the amenities, and convenience of the surrounding area!
