How Is This Rating Determined?

Worst renting experience of my life

While living here you can expect to face constant break-ins, people living in the storage units and sleeping in the hallways, heat outages every few days, water shut off at a moments notice, bed bugs, mice, trash towers, and drug paraphernalia in the hallways.

Management, or really lack there of, has made this place an absolute nightmare to live in.
