By far the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Management makes me feel very taken care of alongside with wining and dining me and the residents during holiday parties and Sunday football games. Demetri and Karen are fantastic and I am so lucky to be in such good hands. It’s expensive, not going to lie, but so is every apartment in this area. I can promise that not every apartment in the area will treat you as well as Revival has treated me!

Great community and location with awesome views in all directions including Denver skyline, Mile High Stadium, and the Platte River. The amenities are actually pretty useful and all new. Unfortunately, their billing and payment system is very confusing to use though and results in errors and miscommunications between the many different third party vendors, apps, and payment processors that separately handle utilities, rent, and transactions but have no customer service or support to contact... besides AI (and no interest in addressing any problems). management claims to not handle problems with payments themselves while Greystar seems intent to charge extra fees without warning instead of being proactive. The parking is also extremely expensive and limited, so its best to ditch your car before moving in.

The main downside to living here is the extremely restrictive accessibility. Tenants are required to remotely let guests through every door and elevator, rather than guests being able to walk to a unit on their own. As a result, TENANTS MUST BE GLUED TO THEIR PHONES the entire time a guest is present.
This makes even short visits impractical. For example, a family member cannot simply come inside for a quick drop-off if you are at work or your phone is unavailable/dead. If this happens, where... you have a job and can’t be on your phone, your family or guests simply cannot get to your unit. This SIGNIFICANTLY impacts day to day livability. Furthermore, when events are happening like a Broncos game, driving in or out is often literally impossible, and residents are forced to wait for traffic to clear before entering their own home they pay rent for.
That said, the staff does an excellent job fostering community through resident activities and is consistently prompt and responsive.

The current system is designed to align with... the legal agreements signed between the property and residents, ensuring safety and security for everyone in the community.
Our access protocols are consistent with industry standards and similar to those used by neighboring communities such as Alta Mile High and 1919 Mile High. These measures are in place to maintain a secure environment while still allowing residents to manage guest access conveniently through remote entry.
We recognize that traffic during major events like Broncos games can be challenging, and we continue to explore ways to minimize the impact on residents. Your positive comments about our staff and community activities are greatly appreciated—we strive to provide an exceptional living experience and will keep working to improve wherever possible.
