Keep track of all your stuff and Take pictures when you move in and move out! They will claim they don’t have your “move in” paperwork and try and hold your deposit!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This property is INFESTED with Cockroaches, Bedbugs and Rats. I lived here for two years and it was a HORRIBLE experience. The property is FILTHY, there are inoperable cars in the parking lot that ought to be towed away, cigarette butts that accumulates daily at the entrances of building because they enable tenants to smoke at the entry ways, FILTHY common areas, green swimming pool in the summer, old mattresses and furniture NOT hauled of by trash company for weeks, their... internet and phones are ALWAYS down so you can’t reach anyone, dead rats outside, cockroaches in my apartment that took weeks to treat, they turned my apartment and belonging upside down when treating for bedbugs. I called management to explain why this happened and I was constantly blown off. Work orders ignored to clean common areas. Meanwhile, rent continues to increase and they nickel and dime you! Be prepared to spend ALOT on water they don’t tell you about. Pass this one by. You’ll thank me later.

These buildings are roach infested to the point that we have found poop in our drinking water. Cracks throughout the walls and the entire grounds of this apartment community is covered in dog poop. Our neighbors told us they have mice, too. This place is utterly disgusting.
