I live here, staff is unavailable and office is always closed. Everyone has cockroaches, nothing gets fixed. A ton of hidden fees so definitely plan on rent being $100-200 more than it says. Gunshots on occasion, nothing gets fixed around here, homeless people sleep in front of your front door (personally this has happened many times in only 6 months and they told me just to throw her stuff down the stairs). Never get your mail because the mailboxes cannot be used because they are so broken.... Randomly they change my keys without telling me. (2 times in 6 months is a lot) and the office is closed so I have no access to mail. To be fair temporary living and location? Great. But save yourself some stress by looking elsewhere this place is a wreck that is made to look nice.

Here is really not a right place to live.
I am very regret just after I move in. The leasing office staff refused me to check my unit before I moved in. The room haven't been cleaned and manager just prepare to paint the room on the moving day when I get the key. The room was full of paint smell despite they almost did not paint, but the manager said the smell would go when they open all windows and turn air condition. I don't believe that the paint smell would go within one day and it is very harm to health. Then the manager gave me... $200 credit , I have to stay overnight at hotel. But this room is still have strong previous tenant cigarette that release from wall into the environment. I have to keep the windows open no matter how cold is outside. Now it is going into winter, I told the manager to repaint the room, she only procrastinated week by week, actually, she refused me. Now I have to breathe cigarettes, marijuana every day. The $200 was only for inconvenience to me on moving day but not means they can give up their responsibility. Actually, I paid $175 maintenance administration fee for my move in. Now, The managers only collect money, nothing else. My friends who live this apartment complain too. Now, I don't trust them any more. If you want to live in quiet, no bugs, no roaches, no cigarettes, no marijuana place, RUN...... Here is really not a right place to live.
