The community and staff are lovely. I enjoy having an enclosed building for an added feeling of security. The units themselves are updated and so far have been easy to make home. Parking around the complex can be difficult to find at times but at least it’s free! Overall the experience is great.

Overall, Pearl DTC is a great place to live. The leasing staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. Maintenance gets handled quickly and professionally. And the community feels safe and inviting. The grounds are well kept and the units are large with great natural lighting (it’s a great value for your money). We are very happy with selecting Pearl. Our single complaint is it can be difficult to find parking directly in front of your building especially if you get home after 5:30pm on a... week day. However, there is always a spot to park you just might have to walk a bit to get to you building.
