It was easy and the leasing agents were helpful. We moved in at our expected move in date and they made me and my family feel welcome. I was nervous at first because I thought my credit would disqualify us but the office was very helpful.

Great place to live with an awesome staff. Located in a growing area with excellent schools nearby. Pet friendly too. I would definitely recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking to relocate.

Great price for having everything close by. Easy access to freeway and close to airport. Apartment units are spacious and quiet as i do not hear my neighbors at all.

Since the ownership change the property has suffered. Landscaping isn’t as good, parking isn’t enforced some people have several cars so there isn’t enough parking. People are parking in front of garages so you can’t get into or out of your garage. People using their garages as a business. Pets not on leashes and not being picked after.

I moved in on 2/7/2026 and still can't used my washing machine. I need a new one. The management has yet to fix the problem. I really need this issue fixed.
