Rowlen Apartments is a newly built complex. The amenities are great and enjoyable. The gym is very well equipped. The pool is big with a large hot tub. The property has many activities to enjoy. The apartment styles are very unique. Location is very convenient, close to the highway and nice stores.

Very nice, clean and good location and convenient to the grocery stores and fast food outlets and restaurants. The leasing building is so nice and clean and Daniela is so awesome, she made me feel welcome when I met her first time visiting the community.
