Novi at Lowry team has been amazing! They are always willing to help. I have had work orders and they close them out in a timely manner. I go to the office and they try to solve my problem right away.

The move in was very smooth and accommodating. You can tell management cares about the residents here and their families. I'm looking forward to see what the next year looks like my kids and I are blending pretty well and that means a lot.

My unit is nice but it's crazy that I can't use the amenities unless the office is open it's crazy I was approved for this apartment when I have zero income and there's charges outside of my section 8 certificate it's also wild that I have a residential portal where my charges don't never match the charges given to me by the office

It's pretty decent for the most part... Just, if you need something from staff know it won't be taken care of immediately like it should. Sometimes they won't even get back to you at all.
