The Leasing Team members whom you spoke with during your initial conversations are... pillars in providing information to prospective residents during the process of scheduling a tour. Our team likes to be certain all the information you are being provided is tailored specifically to you and the needs of your family. It's completely understandable you were expecting to come in for your tour and still be offered the apartment you were given information on the 48 hours prior when you had scheduled your tour. Unfortunately, as we discussed on your tour, the move in special was for select apartment homes and without a completed application for the particular apartment you initially received information on, we were unable to guarantee the availability of that specific apartment. Sadly, someone had applied for that home within that 48-hour timeframe between your initial conversations and your tour. Our sincerest apologies to you for the honest misunderstanding that transpired between you and our leasing team and the initial apartment home no longer being available for you and your family. As the leasing team informed you on the day of your tour, if you are still looking for your next home, we hope we can work together to find you and your family the best options we may have available for you. Holy Cow, what a change from Last Year
Considering what it was before, it is easily a 5 star rating. The team and its leader, Stephanie, have done an amazing job. The service guy, Ryan, is elite. Great location and a great effort to improve the place. Keep up the good work!

New management getting work done!
I have lived on the property for over 5 years and how just recently seen major property improvements and renovations. The new management values the input of residents. We just got new parking lots and my building how has great heating.

Is there staff?
Does anybody even work here? I never get a call back. I have too many complaints. Did you know you won’t have A/C? My fridge broke before Xmas. My request to fry it fixed has been ignored for so long I’m just happy to leave this place. Oh and everybody keeps doors open so you get a lot of bugs. And I see roaches craw under my neighbors doors. All the time!!!!!
