Friendly staff and I absolutely love the inside of my apartment. The layout is perfect and the additional storage space is great! It'salso nice having a fullsize washer and dryer. However, they need to please work on making sure all amenities are functioning properly and tenants are not violating rules or allowing guests to park in the parking lot.

I have lived in a handful of grey star communities and this is by far the worst one.
Multiple car break ins and multiple fees to get to your mail will be what residents are greeted with.

Please do not move here i lasted 3 days and did not even stay the nights because it was infested in cockroaches probably even bed bugs too but first of all the place was not even cleaned in every cabinet of kitchen i found at least one cockroach even with eggs and the fridge was infested was filled up in every corner with them when i went to tell them just told me pest control would come but i didnt even want the roaches to touch my stuff when i finally got the chance to end my lease they told... me my check would be sent 30 to 60 days it was past that and i had to call everyday with no answer for them to finally tell me it was never sent please do not trust the assistant manager horrible in her job
