Great Place to Live

Pros:
- Staff is very friendly and easy to work with
- Maintenance is very timely to responding to requests and is very flexible in working around your schedule
- Amenities are great and very well kept. Pool area is always clean and maintenance issues with the pool and hot tub are usually resolved relatively quickly. The gym, while a bit small, is one of the nicer gyms I have had in an apartment building and has just about everything you would need to not get a gym membership elsewhere. Sauna...
and steam room are well kept. Sky lounge and roof outdoor area are well kept and have a great view of downtown and the mountains.
- Building is right across from the 38th and Blake station (only one stop away from Union Station) which makes getting downtown very easy.
- Lots of community events to get to know other people in the building.
- Relatively inexpensive for what you are getting out of the building.

Cons:
- Parking is expensive ($120 per month) and you only get one spot per unit instead of per person. Not too much of an issue if you are on your own but if you have a SO or roommate(s), one of you will have to street park which can be a bit challenging at times
- There are no grocery stores or pharmacies within reasonable walking distance other than Natural Grocers, which can be a bit expensive and has more limited selection compared to other grocery stores. The closest large grocery store is Safeway which is about a 10 minute drive which isn't bad but just far enough that you can't really get there any way other than driving. This obviously is something the building cannot control but a con nonetheless.
- If you have a dog, there is relatively limited places to take your dog to run around within immediate walking distance. There is a small indoor dog park on the first floor, however I personally am usually a bit suspect of any apartment dog park.
- Some of the unit construction like the cabinets, doors and door handles, etc. does feel a bit cheap, but I will also say you will struggle to find any new construction apartment that does not feel that way to a certain degree.

Overall, this place is wonderful. You get to be a little removed from downtown while still having easy access if you want to go more in to the city, the staff is great, the amenities are great, and the only drawbacks are largely things I think you would struggle to not also have in other apartments in Denver or are simply out of the buildings control.

Front desk not attended to 24/7 causing delays and improper delivery of packages. Now leaving left side of locked door in downtown Denver open for all to know puts security that’s advertised at risk. Staff allows anyone on elevators without always checking who they are and if they are expected.

While our front desk is not staffed 24/7, packages remain the responsibility of the resident and delivery carrier, and... management is not responsible for lost, delayed, or improperly delivered packages. That said, our team does our best to support package flow and maintain community standards through access-control measures, cameras, and established procedures.

I have lived at FoundryLine for the past year, and it has been, by far, the best apartment experience. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, including their maintenance team! Their studios are spacious and well-designed, which is not always easy to find in the city.

5 Stars – Off to a Fantastic Start at Foundryline!

I haven’t lived at Foundryline for long, but wow—what a great first impression! From the start, the leasing team was not only helpful and efficient but also genuinely fun to work with. They made the whole process feel easy and welcoming.

The maintenance crew is awesome—fast, friendly, and always ready with a smile. And the security team? Super approachable and always around, which makes me feel safe and at ease in my new home.

Everyone here...
brings great energy, and you can tell they really care about the community. It’s been such a positive, smooth, and even fun experience so far. I’m excited to be living here!
