Elevon’s Leasing Office made it extremely easy for me. Very communicative and professional. Maintenance request are done in a very timely manner!

So far everything has been amazing. The other residents I’ve interacted with have been great. The entire staff is always welcoming and friendly. It has truly felt like home the entire time even before I signed my lease. I couldn’t have been happier and more thankful to the type of community Elevon has.

The new manager has made things so much worse for a while they were getting better and noticeable better then 6 weeks after his arrival it spiraled firing and pushing team members to leave that actually kept the place running to put in his own team. Complete lack of operational management experience

The apartments are nice enough but built cheaply. You easily hear neighbors in the hallway and above you. The leasing agents are nice, but will tell you what you want to hear and the property manager will then say those things are not allowed - after you sign your lease. The trash cans and dog stations around the building pile up, overflow regularly, and are left like that for weeks. Trash is dumped outside and sits there for days. Emails to the leasing staff regarding issues go ignored and... you’ll receive zero response, but you will receive the same warning emails about trash and parking rules from them daily. The fire alarm goes off roughly every 3-4 weeks with zero communication about what the issues are. People smoke and nothing is done about it. Generally awful management and communication. Read More
