Essential amenities have been out of order for 1/3 of my lease. This is unacceptable for what they charge.
The door lock for my unit was out of order for the first four months of my lease, and I was told the wrong lock was installed in my door, and as a result, maintenance entered twice without permission, once when I was undressed.
I currently don’t have heat in January in my unit, this is absurd.
There’s like 20 buildings newer within a 3 block radius, look elsewhere.

Dryden is the best community you will find downtown! My leasing agent Angela went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She provided exceptional service and was very helpful at helping choose the perfect home. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to upgrade their living experience!

Very impressed with this place
I’ve lived here for a few months and couldn’t be happier. The building is beautiful, the common spaces are always clean, and the staff is friendly and quick to help—maintenance even gave me a temporary microwave the same day mine stopped working. The concrete walls keep it quiet, and the neighbors I’ve met have all been great.
The rooftop has incredible views of both the mountains and downtown, and the location is perfect with Leven, Cuba Cuba, School Yard Beer Garden, the Art Museum, and the... library all within walking distance. The building also feels very safe with key fob/code access for all doors and elevators—sometimes a little annoying tba, but definitely worth it for the security. Overall, I’m so glad I chose to move here!
