Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Nearly every effort seems focused on creating new charges for residents, while almost no attention is given to the satisfaction or well-being of current tenants—either in the day-to-day or over the long term.

I fell in love with this place from the moment I drove by! The outside looks amazing, inside looks amazing! Feels comfortable an completely at home, even before I moved my stuff in. I dont have to worry about anything in my opinion. My packages are safe specially when I work long hours are a hospital i dont have to worry about them being taken. My car being protected. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!!

When I first moved into this apartment, they had pushed back my lease by 2 weeks because the previous tenant had died and they lied to me saying the apartment wasn't ready. It was only when I spoke to someone else that they told me the truth. Throughout the year, they wouldn't take care of the property. My floor had tears in it, the tub was stained. They wouldn't clean up the halls if people got messy. The only good thing I will say was that maintenance would usually get requests done quickly.... The closing process sucked because they didn't care about my time. They're trying to charge me extra utilities, and they're giving me a rough time because they don't have their ducks in a row.
