Do not move here! Be prepared to have roaches all the time. They shut off the water in certain buildings every week and there are suspicious people prowling and hanging in the halls. There are people using drugs and no solution ever. Their idea of maintenance is to put a band-aid on a bullet hole. Issues are "resolved" in their eyes but the root of the problem is never corrected.

DONT MOVE HERE
This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in! We had two sewer floods and one of the floods they waited 4 days to even remove the sewage from my apartment. There are constant water outages and windows would leak every time there was any moisture. The whole complex was infested with cockroaches and other pests. The amenities which were promised to us were hardly ever if ever available and one pool was removed after move in with no notice. The leasing office was rude and unhelpful. There was... never a complete maintenance staff and the one guy who was there alway tried his best. We had several water problems where plumbers told us that things were installed wrong and that’s why we had these problems, the dryer did not work almost at all and we would have to dry loads 3-4 times for several hours. We had planned to move into a one bedroom apartment and one week before move in we were told that they no longer had it available and our leasing agent no longer worked there so our only option was move somewhere else or get a much more expensive two bedroom. They “upgraded” our buildings with locking exterior doors but did not put doors that would actually close so these doors remained open much of the time. This apartment is unsafe, unsecured, dirty and expensive!

STAY AWAY!! This is a public health warning to all those reading this!
I am a property manager and have managed multiple apartment buildings in the north Denver metro area, and I can tell you – I have never seen such negligence and disregard for Tenants as I have here, at Boulder Crossroads. What this management does not seem to understand is that without Tenants, you no longer have a business.
This review concerns what I have witnessed myself [numerous times] while visiting my daughter and her roommate. First of all, please note that there is ZERO communication... from the office. We left messages by phone, email, through work orders, actual paper letters – no response. Our next step is through the courts, perhaps they will take us seriously then.
Management Issues - From what she has shown thus far, the Manager Nancy could not care less what problems you run into, much less actually doing something about them. You can call and send emails for weeks with absolutely no response.
Sewage issues – plumber never even showed up! Believe it or not, all they did was have their Maintenance guys come and clean what they could. They replaced the padding, but not the carpet. It still stinks horribly and is a certain mold hazard. RAW SEWAGE sitting there for almost a week, and that’s their attempts to sterilize the contaminated carpets and flooring?
Pest control issues – Newly renovated apartment has ROACHES, and a LOT of them! We have contacted the office numerous times to no avail. No response; no acknowledgment; no one cares! They are everywhere: in the buildings; in the apartments; in your beds. Yes, I said in your BEDS!
Maintenance/Cleanliness Issues – Just take a look for yourself at the pictures below. It doesn’t take much time to clean, sweep, paint, or repair simple things to make your property look good. It makes sense why this place is infested with roaches, bedbugs, and who know what else.
As I said, everything about the way this place is managed is absolutely horrible! We’ve given these people more than enough chances to make things right before I wrote this review. Enough is enough! It’s time people knew what they are walking in to. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Borderline Unlivable
THERE ARE BED BUGS, GUNSHOTS AT NIGHT, HOMELESS IN THE HALLWAYS, CARS ARE NEVER TOWED, AND OTHER THINGS, AND MANAGEMENT THAT EITHER DOESN'T OR CAN'T DO ANYTHING. On the very first I moved in (August '21) I found cockroaches in every room, when I told management they were unphased and informed me that I need to call them every week to be put on the pest control list. Are you kidding me? We also received a notice that we need to vacate our apartment for them to spray for roaches. We had to empty... and clean all of our cabinets, trash cans, etc. and move everything away from the walls. They never even showed up. When I called to bring this to the office's attention they gave me a "?????". I asked if they or I could call the pest control guy to see about rescheduling or if they were running late, they said no. I asked if I should call again if he still hasn't showed, they said "You can if you want". When the friends that I referred here's apartment flooded (with literal POOP floating in water) they were denied any kind of rent credit, when this was the 4th time it flooded in 4 months, and were told that when the apartment company brought in a cleaning crew 3 days after it happened that they should be thankful because it was a courtesy. The salt they use in winter will burn your pet's feet & they said "pet friendly salt is not in the budget" (they claim to be a pet friendly complex). The pool hours in the summer are that of the office's hours, and is closed on holidays so if you have a day job, you'll never use it. There was mold under the sink on move in. Entry doors are always open because there is no gasket that closes the door behind you. The windows by the entries (at least at Building C) are constantly smashed. They're raising the rent due to "improvements" which has been exterior paint, door locks, an Amazon Hub that half the time Amazon can't even use for some reason, and maybe other things too small to notice. There isn't enough parking at night so be prepared to park on the street. Very aggressive squirrels are everywhere that will eat everything on your deck, plus, again at least in our building, they live in the roof. Wiring in our kitchen is so bad it causes our refrigerator, and all kitchen outlets to shut off randomly every day until you reset the outlet (I've lost a lot of food this way). The autopay randomly doesn't work and you get an uncovered and very public notice on your door about it. My fiancé and I regularly wake up covered in bug bites.

Unprofessional staff.
Communication is poor. They don’t keep track of who makes security deposits. Keep all receipts.
