Overall enjoy our home. However, the grounds have not been maintained since the development was new. There is underlayment and irrigation pipes showing everywhere.
There are tacky big signs that block the sight of pedestrians and on coming cars. There is also an 8 foot big orange cable sticking out of the ground by the street and electric transformer.

Couple things could add to the property. There are orange tubes (?/O cables) that are about 8 feet tall and look bad to the right of the driveway. Also, the sign on the left of the driveway blocks being able to see if there is oncoming traffic.

It would be nice to have a recycle bin at the mailboxes

Overall a good rental experience. The townhomes have great access to the Highline Canal trail. It’s an easy walk to the entrance of the trail. The grounds are nicely maintained.
