Seriously, do not even consider moving here !! Never - Ever !!
They claim it’s secure, but that’s absolutely not true. The access code they give you for your phone is already in the hands of everyone—delivery drivers, couriers, and so on. It looks decent from the outside, It looks decent from the outside, but if your phone dies at night, you won’t even be able to get into your own apartment, let alone the building. You really need to have a backup plan. Also, if you go to the gym to work out, be prepared to see dog poop—and the place is covered in dog hair.... I’ve seen it myself. In short, it’s neither safe nor anything else they claim it to be. For the amount of money you're paying, you can absolutely find somewhere much better. The management office is terrible too. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. I regret moving in—don’t make the same mistake. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Choose Anywhere Else
I lived here for exactly a year and the only positive is that we are finally done with this lease. We experienced power outages (our longest being almost 48 hours personally) to fire alarms, security issues (homeless persons in the building and overdosing on property) , and internet outages (one almost cost me a job I was on a zoom interview for). Elevators are constantly out of order and almost every neighbor we had expressed the same frustrations. The gym fully flooded in winter making the... entire floor a safety concern for around a month - this also flooded into second floor parking. We tried to talk to management several times after these instances but no one ever had any accountability. If enough people complain they will turn the blame onto residents. The only thing management cares about is your money hitting their account. They are lazy when it comes to community events. Most are just repeats of the same 2 food trucks and a lot of other take place during a regular business hours, so if you don’t work from home, you do not benefit. Upon leaving they made every effort to take our security deposit (and then some additional money as well) despite us leaving the place in good condition since they leave no room for discussion. I have lived in several other complexes across the country, including crappy college apartments, and yet this has still been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with.
