Over all it’s a nice community and for the most part very quiet. There are a lot of events for residents and everyone is very kind and helpful that works here.

I do like the space at Alta Springs , the office team is nice , for the most part they keep our building clean , and hope they continue to, it would be nice if we noticed that the elevator was not working properly , I had to go down the stairs twice since I moved in , nothing wrong with in taking the stairs when you don’t have knee issues .

Our three-year experience at Alta Springs has been very enjoyable. Our unit is very spacious and our family has been very comfortable. We love the quiet environment. The office staff is always pleasant and attentive to any questions or issues that we have brought to them.
