I had to rent from 4 hours away so i wasn’t able to tour or be near for the experience but Celina was super understanding and patient and answered all my questions. She made it so easy that come move in day i was in the office for a total of maybe 10 mins to get settled and able to move in. The new amenities coming should be nice. The apartment was clean and ready to go and they even left goodies for me. I love it so far 48 hours in

39 North Apartments has been a good place to live overall. The grounds are clean and landscaped nicely, the community feels quiet, and I like having amenities such as the pool and dog park. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves are comfortable and well kept.
That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The gate doesn’t always work properly, which can be frustrating since it’s advertised as a gated community. Maintenance can also be a little... slow at times, though when they do come, the work is usually done well. On top of that, there are several added fees beyond rent (utilities, trash, pet fees, etc.), so it’s worth being aware of the full monthly costs.
Even with those issues, I think the value is good for the area, and I’d recommend 39 North to someone looking for a quiet and safe apartment community in Denver.
