Generally like it here - pretty quiet, responsive maintenance, and a decent enough unit for the price.
The renovations leave a lot to be desired - there are so many rough edges and things I've endeavored to fix of my own prerogative... It goes pretty far beyond oversights. These are not the sorts of things which an invested contractor or quality review would miss. Some even actively posed a threat to the building and unit's condition, like uncaulked escutcheon plates. Or the unimpeded 1/2" gap... under the front door impacting HVAC efficiency and exposing the unit to insects. Other things are just strange, like missing baseboard, and the sock I found in my toilet reservoir. But these are only minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things, and have not interfered with an overall positive experience.
I generally get the impression that Sack Capital is only here to flip this property. But even for as bumpy as the application process was, they've generally been pleasant enough to work with

It's a fairly quiet and clean community... except for the laundry room, which leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are washing machines (more than one) very close by, so it's easy to solve. The neighbors are pretty quiet. This is my first year, and it's been great.

I think that this community so far is amazing. I have only been here for a month and love it. Everyone is nice and I feel safe because there are a lot of families here.

I have had a good experience here, the neighbors are nice. I like what the North team is doing with the grounds. Leasing team is awesome! On a scale of 1-10 I am giving the residence an 8. There is always room for improvement, but that is anywhere that you go.
