39 North Apartments has been a good place to live overall. The grounds are clean and landscaped nicely, the community feels quiet, and I like having amenities such as the pool and dog park. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves are comfortable and well kept.
That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The gate doesn’t always work properly, which can be frustrating since it’s advertised as a gated community. Maintenance can also be a little... slow at times, though when they do come, the work is usually done well. On top of that, there are several added fees beyond rent (utilities, trash, pet fees, etc.), so it’s worth being aware of the full monthly costs.
Even with those issues, I think the value is good for the area, and I’d recommend 39 North to someone looking for a quiet and safe apartment community in Denver.

I think it’s wonderful to live here ! The workers are very kind and accommodating! The people really make this place and I’m grateful to call it my home . 4 stars because I don’t support the complex cutting down the old trees in the community

Great but only worried about roaches If this problem is fixed, this will be the best apartments in the entire Denver area Hoping this will be fixed as soon as possible and let’s make our apartments THE BEST!!!
