I was filling out my application for this rental property and unfortunately, I was requested to pay a $1,000 security deposit. It was also really difficult getting an appointment for a tour. I am disappointed that this community did not work out for me.

Terrible Management
The units are nice enough but overpriced. Bad location with lots of homeless around. Management is a terrible mix of incompetent, unresponsive and neglectful. There are better places to live.

Communication with management is by far the worst I've had at any apartment, I've been trying to contact management for awhile now about an issue with my apartment and its been over a month and I haven't receieved a response -- highly recommend finding a different place.

Do not move here. Too many problems without solutions. Management is no help. Most people living here have been complaining for months about issues at the complex ! :)
