Living at 1600 Glenarm Place has been a great experience overall. The building itself is beautiful—especially the lobby and common areas, which are modern, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about creating a welcoming environment for residents.
There are a few areas that could use some attention. Service tickets can take longer than expected to be completed, and elevator outages have been a recurring inconvenience.... Additionally, there’s occasionally an unpleasant sewage smell in the lobby, which detracts from an otherwise polished first impression.
Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the building is positive. The location is unbeatable, the atmosphere feels upscale and community-oriented, and the friendly team makes it a place I’m happy to call home.

Most units are fully carpeted, not hardwood and are outdated. The lobby has an overpowering smell of cheap vanilla air freshener, the elevators and hallways are old and dirty, there’s no pool or hot tub and many of the 1 bedroom units have no door.

Do not move to 1600 Glenarm place! Elevators are constantly broken, the elevator and lobby smell like sewage. No one has ever explained why. If something breaks in your apartment, you may not get a response at all or it will take weeks to address.
