If you want the vibe of a downtown living experience, 1600 Glenarm is the place. You can take the elevator to Starbucks, night life and the Paramount theatre.

I love my apartment here. The location, valet parking, staff, cleanliness and amenities are all so nice to have. My apartment isn’t a cookie cutter floor plan. I love how it’s unique and it makes sense. The views are gorgeous and I love being able to walk 16th street anytime I want.

I lived at 1600 Glenarm Place for about a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a really solid experience. The location is hard to beat — right in the heart of downtown Denver, with tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment just steps away. The apartments themselves are modern and clean, and the views from the floors are amazing, especially at night.
The staff are friendly and responsive whenever I needed help, and the building amenities (gym, rooftop area, and lounge) are all well-kept.
If... you’re looking for a convenient, upscale place in the middle of everything, 1600 Glenarm is a great choice.
